The new condos are highly energy efficient, with open floor plans, ample storage and filled with natural light. The design incorporates universal design concepts and both modern and traditional elements. The project has elevator access and appeals to a wide range of buyers. Bakery Lofts was designed by Schickel Design and developed by Urbanis, in conjunction with 3CDC (Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation) Construction was completed in April 2013, and Bakery Lofts became the fastest selling residential project in 3CDC’s portfolio. It is Located in Cincinnati’s Gateway Quarter in Over-the-Rhine just north of Washington Park.
