“People say that building a home is one of the worst things in the world… on the contrary, this has been an amazing experience working with Schickel Design.”
Kay Bolin & Tim O’Grady / Home Owners
Tradition and innovation in the not-so-big house…The McIntosh House sits tucked into a tiny lot on the footprint of a previous historic structure. The open floor plan and carefully arranged views make the 1,400 square foot structure seem bigger than it is. Elements of Vernacular Gothic styling and a large front porch, common to this 1850s era railroad town are incorporated into the design of the new structure.
