Clifton Residential Renovation

Schickel Design provided architectural services for the renovation of this craftsman home in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati. Improvements included adding a two car garage, as well as reworking the driveway to improve curb appeal and yard functionality. The existing front porch was reworked and reinforced. An additional covered porch — situated to face its idyllic surroundings — was added to increase living space and complement the client's lifestyle. The result was an addition in harmony with the historic construction of the original house, though elevated in its impact.
