The Lenox Building Vision Study

Schickel Design conducted a vision and feasibility study to explore possible uses for this historic building and former auto garage in the North Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati. Our proposed concept consisted of a health and wellness center with physicians’ offices, recreation areas for local nonprofit sports organizations, and a rooftop deck. Based on this proposal, we put together a marketing package for potential investors, complete with renderings and floorplans.
