DESCRIPTION: This study was commissioned by Over-the-Rhine Community Housing (OTRCH) with the intent to influence the trajectory of future development of OTR. The goal of OTRCH was to emphasize the quality of life for all residents, and to create a desirable framework for future development of the neighborhood that would support its residents. The study proposed multi-family housing, senior housing, and single family housing, as well as new office and commercial space and both on-street and off-street parking. The full study is available
