DESCRIPTION: This mixed-used adaptive re-use project combines two historic buildings to create four residential condos and one commercial space on the ground floor. Historic porches on the south side, facing Washington Park, give a distinct character to the spacious and open residential units. The first floor is home to local seafood restaurant, The Anchor.
