DESCRIPTION: Schickel Design developed and designed a complete renovation of this vacant and derelict building while preserving the historic shell. The renovation created three spacious, light filled units combining a modern and historical aesthetic. The top floor features a roof deck which looks out to Washington Park and Music Hall.
